How can I get to Favignana? The island can be reached from Trapani or Marsala by hydrofoil with Liberty Lines www.libertylines.it or from Trapani by ferry with Siremar (https://carontetourist.it/it/siremar). By plane, the nearest airports are Trapani or Palermo. From there, you can reach the Port of Trapani for Favignana by taxi, bus, or a pre-arranged transfer service.
Is a shuttle service available to/from the port? The hotel offers, upon reservation at info@cavebianchehotel.it, an airport transfer service:
– Trapani Birgi Airport at €40 per person, per trip, including the hydrofoil ticket and taxi on the island to reach the hotel (minimum 2 people);
– Palermo Falcone and Borsellino Airport at €65 per person, per trip, including the hydrofoil ticket and taxi on the island to reach the hotel (minimum 2 people, rates subject to confirmation). The service can be booked once the arrival or departure time is known. The hotel also provides a complimentary daily shuttle service between the Port of Favignana and the hotel at scheduled times.
Are ferry and hydrofoil services available on Sundays and public holidays? Yes, ferry and hydrofoil services operate every day except in the event of adverse weather and sea conditions.
Can I book my ferry/hydrofoil ticket through the hotel? No, but tickets can be booked online through the websites listed above.
Can I bring my car to the island? A landing restriction is in force (from June 15 to September 30) for cars and motorcycles belonging to non-residents.

Where can I leave my car before taking the hydrofoil?If you want to leave your car in the city of Trapani, we suggest you use secure car parks that offer a shuttle service to the seaports. For example, the multi-storey Egadi car park: www.atmtrapani.it
Is there a local tourist tax?
No, however, the town of Favignana applies a landing fee of € 2.50 per person, per landing.
Where is the hotel located?
Cave Bianche Hotel is located in the middle of a limestone quarry in the heart of Favignana, around 3 km from the town, 0.8 km from Cala Azzurra and 1 km from the Lido Burrone beach, two of the most famous spots on the island. The unique location guarantees relaxation and peace.
At what time are the rooms available on the day of arrival?
Check-in starts from 15.30, if you arrive earlier you can use our services. We will make sure that your room takes priority, depending on the contingent availability.
Can guests use the hotel’s services on the day of departure?
Yes. All of the hotel’s services are available to our guests up to the time of departure. The rooms must be left free before 10.00
Can we connect to the Wi-Fi?

No, but it has a relaxation area with large swimming pool, whirlpools, lounge-bar and solarium.

What is the coastline like?
The northern coast is rocky but accessible while the southern coast is partly sandy. The beaches on the island are all free but sun loungers and deckchairs can be rented for greater comfort at some of them.
